this letter sounds like it’s from the Anthony camp. An “anonymous” researcher and scientist?? I can understand this”scientist” challenging the scientific facts, but he/she gets pretty defensive of Casey personally….saying she doesn’t lie that much, she has no criminal background or history of murder, and others, namely a stalking Grund, had access to her car and computers….
Why would this “scientist” hunt down info on Hopkins, Juliett, and a now Puerto Rican resident Zenaida? Sounds like all of the Anthony soundbites so far.
How could this “scientist” ignore the decomposition (“could be leftover food in trunk) and ignore the cadaver dogs, as if the trunk has no merit, but make sure to state that Grund had access to it? (just in case it has does have merit) Why would this wise person follow the mantra that the body was “placed in the woods later” when his fellow botany and entomologist scientists found growth in and around the findings?
I realize that the State got pretty mad at Casey for lying to them and neglecting her daughter to death, but do they have enough money and clout to pay all these scientists to make up stuff to make sure Casey gets the DP?
I’m sure that this particular scientist and researcher will notify the right persons of his findings, and that his facts will be disputed in court. Perhaps we can see this letter as a glimpse of the defensive strategy, and the start of much nonsense.

There is a clue in the letter as to who wrote it and I suspect it is Cindy Anthony herself. It would be typical of her to do this.
During the John Morgan Deposition Cindy tries to catch the interviewer, forgot just who it was asking her the questions, in the fact that Zanny did not sign in with her proper middle name. I think it was one of her out burst and then a big wink at her Brad like “I gotcha” thing.
In the letter to the judge it refers to the exact type wording as Cindy used, These are not the same family member names of the Zenaida C. Gonzalez who the people pursued who visited Sawgrass and who did not write the middle name Fernandez on the guest card.
Other wording in there fits Cindy to a “T”. Now if George wrote it, the word Zanny would be misspelled to read Zany. Remember how he corrected the pronunciation of her name only to misspell it, Sheeeeesh!
Also in the letter she refers to just Sawgrass and not Sawgrass apartments. That would be from someone who is very familiar with the area and assumes the judge is also. A research scientist would have enough brains to spell it all out and be more technical. Speaking about more technical, a research scientist would quote technical articles and not start spieling off on the theories that Cindy is known to support.

First point made was that Casey shouldn’t even be arrested, much less going to court with the death penalty on the table, and that the prosecution is crooked.
Throughout the letter, the writer compounds every issue of evidence with doubt, be it reasonable or unreasonable to the reader.
Sincerely this could be a great find for the prosecution, as they have already been able to close the gaps that this case has, and shearing up the edges would be a bonus to a speedy understanding of what happened, and how.
It amazes me that the writer can stay so ‘determined’ to show Casey as innocent, guileless, and wrongly accused.
The author of this letter doesn’t mention why there was no desperation on the part of the mother to find her child, after 31 days, or the lies to police, so that Caylee could continue missing. Apparently the writer doesn’t see this as unusual.
Casey’s continuing evasive behavior beginning with her own mother and dad for 31 days prior to the police getting involved, and then after the police were involved lend to her role in Caylees demise. Apparently the letter writer doesn’t see this as a problem, if its seen at all.

The guest card at Sawgrass in released documents says simply “Zenaida Gonzale” — no Fernandez. Why would Casey add that? The Zenaida who the police investigated & who was harassed (of more than 30 Zenaida’s in the state) had different family members than the names Casey gave. Casey said Zenaida’s mother was Gloria, sister Samantha, and father Victor. She said Gloria lived on E. Michigan where Zenaida stayed at one time & the police said they found no one by that name there, but I found a Gloria L. Gonzalez living on E. Michigan previously since 2005 until late Spring of 2008 at 5550 E. Michigan, Unit 3310, until her home was foreclosed on by Accredited Home Lenders of California. She would have been given 30-60 days to get out & probably would have been forced to move and was homeless about the time Caylee went missing. Did she go back to Puerto Rico? Where did this woman who did exist go? Gloria’s and Samantha’s names are unique in this area and likely wouldn’t be names you would pull out of the air, and also according to an Intelius search this same Gloria previously lived in Fort Lauderdale a few blocks from a Zenaida F. Gonzalez, and Cindy said in an August interview that Zenaida previously had a Fort Lauderdale phone number. This all seems to be too coincidental to me. Also, I have worked in research for 20 years, and the forensic evidence they claim they have is likely not as convincing as they are trying to portray. Hair can get a band on it for other reasons & not just post-mortem such as being in the car a long time exposed to heat, light, or contaminants, and chloroform DOES definitely form from degrading or mixing antibacterial cleaning products which Cindy used in the car (there are many published studies that confirm this). The guy who towed the car also testified that he removed the bag with the pizza and maggots. The forensic tests were done much later after 30 days, if chloroform was in large amounts it would have been smelled which it wasn’t, it took them that long to find a hair? and results would likely be contaminated or degraded by that time. Prosecutors and police frequently twist the facts to influence the public, coerce confessions, or in order to “win” by any means necessary. There may be a strange explanation where Casey is involved in something shady, but I definitely think there’s a chance Caylee is very much alive. There was no history of abuse, everyone said she was a good mother, and she has no previous criminal record before this year around the time of this incident. It is strange her friends went to Puerto Rico, that Gloria was from Puerto Rico, that Jesus Ortiz (possible father who died) was from Puerto Rico, and Jesus worked as a doorman at the same Hyatt Hotel as a Gloria Gonzalez worked at. There have also been rumors that people who might be the grandparents on the other side were blogging and complaining about grandparents rights (unconfirmed, but who knows! If so, they would be kidnapping suspects). Yes, she likely lied & one lie led to another, and she probably had a reason in hermind, but Casey did work at Disney, although not FOR Disney — she was with a contractor on-site where she met Jesse Grund. In this country the Constitution says “innocent until proven guilty,”

For all those people who are 110% sure Casey Anthony killed her daughter and there is no possible way she is innocent think about what is being said and can be back up by facts. I beleive there is alot of corruption in this case from the door and if you think there has never been corruption in law inforcement and F.B.I. you are so wrong. Every bit of edvidance collected can be disputed in the court of law. If she walks and is truley innocent by real facts and someone else commited this murder of her child all those who have expressed hatered will burn in hell. If she did do it she will burn in hell.

I would think anything sort of flakey mail coming into a judges office or any high profile LE office would get finger printed for safety measures.
In fact I sent a letter to my CC company about a false charge and the response was very slow. When I questioned this by phone I was told all incoming letters get scanned for finger prints and anything else and it takes time. My guess is that it might be an automatic thing they do. Lets face it, a judge must get many threats by mail and I am sure they would want to check on who the person might be sending them.

I think we all agree with Wesley that LE is not perfect. There were/are high emotions in this case. They poured out their hearts and manpower in investigating this case, as they always do when a missing child is involved. I’m sure they did not in any way appreciate Caylee’s own mother’s lack of cooperation via lies, and then the near interference of the family trying to solve the case for them, especially calling LE incompetent.
However, all the evidence led to Casey. Wesley pointed out Casey is either innocent or guilty of murder. This I don’t understand. Wesley may be able to discuss an accomplice, but INNOCENT??

When the jury’s decision is handed down, it’s either “guilty” or “not guilty”…not innocent. IMO, a not guilty decision in a case like this, where there is so much evidence implicating Casey, simply means that the state wasn’t able to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt. It doesn’t mean she’s innocent.
I hope all this crap coming out recently isn’t done in order to try and further taint the prospective jury pool.
