Two years have past and the prosecution is still no further in trying to prove her guilt of the crime there is tons of evidence that she could not have done the crime.

Where’s all the evidence that she did not kill her child ??? Why is she still in Jail ?? If there is PROOF that she did not shouldn’t she be out by now ?

midgesmom, couldn’t agree more! Also, if there were evidence to support that she was innocent, sure seems like Baez would have had the expert prepare reports to support that theory, by him not wanting to provide details speaks volumes, also with all the well known attorney’s jumping ship they must know it is sinking!

Baez is lazy and has no talent for law. He is lost and Mason is not helping – what is the deal with that?

good question Kim, I’ve wondered that myself. When he was first hired on, there was a lot of hoopla about what a great attorney he is, I don’t see it, he needs to retire, at least get better hearing aids, lol

What ever it is he needs to speak up and be clear – maybe he really has nothing of importance to say or maybe he likes Baez looking like the fool

    check this out –

An e-mail was also placed in the official court records that claimed Caylee is alive and may be in the Los Angeles area.

    Read The E-Mail

The author of the e-mail to the court claimed Caylee was taken to Los Angeles and now goes by the name of Caylee Gonzalez. The man who signed the e-mail, James McIntyre, claimed he saw Caylee in a video taken at a Christmas pageant one week after her remains were found.

This McIntyer is the guy that posts as “Orlando East’ on the Orlando Sentinel blog. He has been banned on many other blogs. He is a disbarred lawyer no less. I’m not sure if he got his license back after he got out of jail or not. He really has some strange stories out there. This is not the first case he has commented on. Huge waste !!!!
