Dom Casey – what exactly was he up to that day?!

I have waited for this deposition for quite some time. What was Dom doing that day? I know what it looked like but what was he thinking? Who sent him there? Sorry, I don’t buy any of the psychic stuff …

As the Casey Anthony trial inches closer, a series of depositions were held Monday at the Florida State Attorney’s Office.

Among those deposed were private investigator Dominic Casey, who worked for the Anthony family, and at one point Anthony’s defense team.

1/2 way thru watching this I wondered, does Dom always have a gardening spade in his car? Just in case? Do we know if that spade came from Anthony’s house?

I would guess he was told what tools to take and who knows, maybe they did come from the Anthony’s – I can see Cindy using a rod around the house, can’t you?

    You know –
    This man’s behaviour bothers me!

How dare he poke around like that?
And do you see him slicing at those garbage bags with whatever little pen-knife he’s got.

The fact that he was taped doing this, is no doubt going to be problematic somewhere down the line…

If he knew WHERE abouts to look, then obviously someone else did too, and they directed him.

I don’t believe it was some psychic over the phone with him – I have every reason to believe it was LEE, or another Anthony family member directing him.

    Maybe it was Jose?
He did say afterall, “if you find the body of Caylee, call me first!”

Something so very wrong with that!

I found it to be very disturbing to watch as well, Cap. He was certainly not searching as carefully as one would think he should

I agree. There is something VERY strange about him poking and prodding that area. I have always thought Cindy sent him there, because she had that ~slip of the tongue, about Caylee being “in the woods” (oops) or “out there” as she tried to backpeddle. I think Casey told Lee, and he told Cindy and they had hired the PI to try to find the body and dispose of it before LE could find it. I hope the truth comes out with this guy, but he seems as slimy as the rest of them, so we may never know the whole truth.

He knows something, of that I am certain! Look how long it took for LE to get his deposition!!

    Right *Kim
He does know something. He was laying low for a very long time~ and did you notice how Cindy inserted “we had nothing to hide”, when LDB was questioning her? Why would you even say that unless you did have something to hide? And that had nothing to do with the question anyway.

Casey Anthony’s defense team today filed new motions attacking the reliability of two important prosecution witnesses that the state wants to testify about science-related matters in the upcoming murder trial.,0,2945455.story

Meanwhile, a new hearing was set for 10 a.m. Thursday over whether to allow new defense witnesses.

Two witnesses are Dr. Jeffrey Danziger and William Weitz, Ph.D. The defense wants both “to rebut recent rulings related to the defendant’s state of mind and consciousness of guilt.”

Other late witnesses include Assistant State Attorney Kenneth Lewis; Daniel Kondos, a supervisor responsible for maintaining landscape on Suburban Drive, near where Caylee’s remains were found; Patricia Young, a Texas EquuSearch member “found to have material testimony necessary for the defendant; and Sharon Cadieux, another “necessary witness to the defendant.”

Did you see where Georgies lawyer made a statement today. George had nothing to do with the murder of his granddaughter Caylee. OMG every blog is speculating that Casey might try to say he did it and he blows and has his lawyer release a statement lol

I’m sorry I missed something. When did George stop getting defended WITH his wife legally? This may mean coming criminal or civil litigation for them collectively and individually. Maybe instant divorce at conviction.

Sure in the past George probably was defended “by her” as opposed to with her. Pull tabs and butt grabs $pindy.
