It Has been a good few days for Caylee’s justice. I wonder if Casey is being kept informed.
I wonder what her reaction is

Orange-Osceola Chief Judge Belvin Perry denied a defense team’s request to block evidence about chloroform, which is a potentially deadly chemical that can be used to render a person unconscious.,0,897012.story

I wonder the very same thing, Kim!

At this point in time, knowing that Inmate Anthony couldn’t have possibly loved little Caylee, she must be even more resentful of her now!

I have to wonder what Baez and Mason are saying to her now?

Kim, how on earth do they think that they can’t actually take this to trial and have any sort of success?

Wouldn’ begging for a Plea Deal be the right thing to do at this point?

She is going to wind up sentenced to death!

Does Baez really think he can outsmart a Jury?

He’s sick, if that’s the case!

A plea is most likely their only way out, Cap. Can any one of them set aside ego enough to face the music, though?

Baez can’t outsmart a paper sack

Are they talking to her? Have they told her any of this and what it means?

I have a feeling, that whenever they do speak with her, they must be on egg-shells.

As much as Baez/Mason might tell her the facts, I think that SHE probably thinks that SHE CAN outsmart a Jury of her peers.

I don’t think she’s ever gotten the GRAVITY of what she’s done!

        Well, I sure hope this means that there won’t be any touchy-feely crap in the courtroom between Casey and Baez/Mason!…{bet she wants to smack ’em if she knows what is up}

I can picture Ms.Medina being sent to the frontlines with the news…

        Good point, Sherry!

I actually thought the same thing…
        Send in the Medina-clown!

Afterall, she is all buddy-buddy with
        Inmate Anthony now!

    filed under understatement:

โ€œThe bad news keeps coming for the defense,โ€ WKMG-Channel 6โ€™s Tony Pipitone said tonight.

Cap, I think Casey removed herself from Caylee’s death within moments of killing her. This is not much different in her world. She doesn’t care a whit whether anyone believes her at this point. Just get it over with.

I truly think she believes she will walk away from this. After all, she is young, white and pretty

(ok, I have to stop doing that – I keep gagging)

I ask *Dave a while ago if a plea was possible at this late date, and he said NO. That door is now closed.

She has always pushed things to the limit (and then a little more) as George said in his initial interview with LE. And look at how long it took for her to fess up walking down that corridor at Universal. She is definately mentally sick.

      Apr 27, 2011 @ 21:54:11

Even Tony Pipitone said it was too late for a plea deal. But, I wonder if they are talking about the Alford plea or not.

        Apr 27, 2011 @ 22:01:54

Funny, my understanding was that a plea can be made up to and even after trial starts

let me poke around a bit

      • CptKD
        Apr 27, 2011 @ 23:03:44

        My understanding is…
That an ALFORD PLEA can be accepted up until the start of trial –

Don’t quote me on this, as I could be wrong here, but I believe that it is AVAILABLE until trial time…

The only thing stopping any of that, would be the STATE REFUSING to accept any such plea!

      • Kim
        Apr 27, 2011 @ 23:06:54

Alford may be what she goes for since all she has to admit to is the state having enough evidence to convict

Great couple of Days for Caylee indeed!
At least now the Jurors will have even more important Evidence to hear and look at to make their Decision. It will be up to them to decide what is important not what the Defense thinks they should hear or see.
If it would be up to the Defense they would have thrown All the Evidence out.
Thank God our Legal System doesn’t work that way.
Casey will have her Day in Court as she should and Caylee, the Victim in all of that will get her Justice as well as it should be! JMO

Yes! I can’t even think of how the defense will defend this inmate!I have a surmising about what they’ll say concerning the purchases IA made where there was nothing in them for Caylee-those big white sunglasses were for Caylee and that’s why she wore them to and from the attorney’s office, in honor of her. That’s what she told Robyn in a letter. Yet, she is sporting them to a different Target the very next day! Oh boy, that’ll really help her defense…not! lol

      • Kim
        Apr 27, 2011 @ 22:50:07

There is no defense, none. Everything she did, everything she became, all the people she has hurt – all of this is coming crashing down on Casey Anthony. Not only will it crush her but it will devastate her family. I won’t say ruin because I see Cindy moving forward in her vile ways. She makes me shudder

        George – who cares

Well, Baez was right about one thing. The TRUTH will be known at trial. The REAL TRUTH that was evident from the beginning.

  8. Diana
    Apr 27, 2011 @ 22:49:47

Yeah…..I thought the same thing *Kim, and thats why I ask *Dave. think the prosecution can agree to take a plea, but since they gave her the opportunity way back with a deadline, she refused….so they proceeded to prosecute.

I think in the movies it always shows a plea at the every end when the evidence is overwhelming, but in real life…….it’s just not the case (no pun intended) ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Kim
      Apr 27, 2011 @ 22:53:54

I am trying to find an answer. I do believe she can still plea but I don’t see her doing it even if she can. I think she sees herself taking the stand and weaving her most epic lie every and winning over the entire world

        Apr 27, 2011 @ 23:10:57

        I agree, Kim!

I have every reason to believe that she DOES think she can fool everyone…

That she really does believe that she will get off of this murder charge –

She was already sentenced to time served in the Fraud charges, and so now, she figures that she’ll fight this, and be walking out of there, arm in arm with Baez and Mason!

        What a joke!

        Keep Dreaming Inmate Anthony!

She has had all this time in her ‘dorm room’ to create an amazing world to live in. She even has Jose giving her ‘lawyering tools’ too play with

Kathi Belich needs to ask Bill Sheaffer that question. I imagine once the trial starts and all the talking heads give their opinions about the overwhelming evidence we will find out for sure.

If inmate Anthony would take the witness stand, I think it would be the most watched courtroom drama ever. Can you imagine her up against LDB and Jeff Ashton? We would witness a true sociopath in action. I always wished the universal interview was videotaped so we could see her try to dodge and weave her way out.

Diana – I would PAY to see it and I am poorer than a church mouse!

    • Kim
      Apr 27, 2011 @ 23:10:16

LDB would show Casey Anthony once and for all what a successful, intelligent and focused woman can be.

She would chew her up ever so slowly, let her spew her filth and lies and then reel her back in, point by tiny point proving her a liar

    Apr 27, 2011 @ 23:28:05

Kim, the monster has a radio in her cell so she is getting the news at the same time we are. Heh heh heh . . .

The people of Fla are going to pissed at a plea deal after all the $ wasted on her defense, as she has milked her “celebrity” status out of this rouse…Big Bertha anxiously awaits her Biotch to come a courtin’ for protection from moms that are incarcerated.

Hi Kim/manfred and everyone here, what i find is so great is snothead Casey is getting hammered by a two and half year old toddler. hahahaha. Go Caylee. Go Judge Perry.

    Apr 28, 2011 @ 01:06:41

Hi everyone…. I think Casey could change her plea to guilty, but only if she confesses to what really happened. But I don’t see that happening.. I see her taking the stand and telling everyone that Caylee died by accident and she was afraid to tell her parents……of course we know thats a lie. Casey is a sociopath and thinks she can fool anyone………………….NOT….I hope she fries…..along with her bi-polar mother and ball-less father……maybe her brother Lee will be Caylees hero….

I have been smelling the over powering smell of mendacity coming from the defense, Casey and her family since this began. Now with all these motion denied it’s not so strong an odor any more. Look out Casey your going to pay for all you have done in the past. I think you need to plea for life in prison. Give up tell the truth and take what the good District Attorney’s gives you.
