A new day has dawned

What will it bring? For me it brings a new start and lots to do!

Funny – this potential is appalled by the lack of instruction and yet can’t stop talking! Common sense would tell most anyone to not discuss cases but it seems common sense has been tossed to the way side anymore

    Well DUH!

“Nobody was told we were not supposed to be talking,” said Lynda Saracino, juror number 2059, who explained that the discussion and speculation about the case went on before the potential jurors entered the courtroom and in front of deputies handling the group.

    Good morning, ladies!

That lady had to know that jury selection for the case was in her county-or could be. She just wanted to draw attention to herself by bringing up her part in the case.

I see that Casey was trying to “work it” again this morning! Yesterday, when the new batch of potential jurors came in, you could see plainly that she was trying to turn on the waterworks! She came to an abrupt stop as soon as HHJP said, “Dismissed!” I also see that she and Baez have not patched things up! Lover’s quarrel…lol

Its time for Baez to be in the spotlight, so moooove over, Casey!
What’s with her bangs? Just long enough to cover her face and give herself something to play with! Geesh!

I want proof that disruptive woman yesterday was summoned for jury duty – I find it really hard to believe

Good Morning my Kim. I’m good. Hope you are well.
I think the only thing missing in this story is paranormal activity.
It has every thing else. LOL You really could not make this stuff up. Before now I would have said no way could all this happen in a case. I would not have believed a story like this.

Why is everyone gathering around Inmate Anthony? Even Baez is concerned about something and went to say something about her to a bailiff. Is she sick? Tummy troubles? Nerves?

By discussing the case in the jury room, Patricia Young tainted the jury pool, and Chief Judge Belvin Perry dismissed nearly 50 prospective jurors.

OK – I’ve been away due to being called upon by some of my collegues yesterday, they required my assistance with a couple of work-related projects…Needless to say, this took me into having to meet up with them again this morning…

And so I am now lost as to what’s been happening, and, or what has transpired.

Anyone have a moment to fill me in –

I’m going to have a look around and check out a few places to see what’s the latest… But I really much prefer YOUR run-down of events.

I try my best to help out WHEREVER I can –

Especially under the circumstances, with me NOT being there in my usual capacity. If they call, I jump – HIGH! NO questions asked.

I’ll add here, that I have absolutely NO problem with them calling on me, as I know it’s because of my position, experience and qualifications, that they sometimes need to reach out for direction\clarification or any other matter that might concerm me. It helps make me ‘still’ feel important, and NEEDED, eventhough I am off work due to illness.

When I am at work, I do hold a position of that of a ‘Superior’, but I am not some ‘bully-boss’. I truly appreciate the officers on my team, and like-wise, as in most employment scenarios, I also have to answer to those directing above me.

They are given my all, and in recognizing the importance of the whole chain of command, I treat everyone as equals, while respecting the ‘Ranking’ orders we fall in.

Just between you and I… Them callling on me for assistance, couldn’t have come at a better time. I’ve been feeling a little down, missing work terribly, and it was perfect timing to getting me feeling relevant and still important in the big scheme of things!

Definately feeling happier and excited again!

        Life is good!
        All is well!
And more importantly – Justice is coming…

By Anthony Colarossi and Walter Pacheco, Orlando Sentinel

    5:09 p.m. EDT, May 11, 2011
CLEARWATER — Casey Anthony was escorted out of the courtroom this afternoon by bailiffs. It appeared she became sick during the afternoon session of jury selection and had to leave the courtroom. Some news outlets were reporting she had a “dizzy spell,” but that could not be confirmed. She is now back in the courtroom and jury selection is resuming.

Moments before she was escorted out of the courtroom at about 4:50 p.m., Anthony seemed like she may be having trouble breathing. After she left the courtroom accompanied by bailiffs, Judge Belvin Perry cited case law that said jury selection could continue without her present. Her attorney, Jose Baez, said he would have to consult with Anthony about that.

Someone on HLN said she couldn’t feel her one hand…

Let me guess – She’s now going to ‘stroke-out’ on us, and try to make everyone believe that there ARE serious health issues now.

I can hear it now, ‘Your Honor, we move to ask for a continuance and delay the trial indefinately, so that Ms. Inmate X can get healthy, and have her feelings in her hands once again…. NOT!

She is trying to come up with ALL the reasons Inmate X did what she did, and tries to justify it!

This is supposedly, the one to come up with, and explain the “WHY” Inmate X did what she did, and take all the reasons and try and make it OK for her to have done what she did.

This way, one or many of the Jurors, could vote for a lesser CONVICTION or PUNISHMENT because of these “MITIGATING” circumstances.

Circumstances that would technichally “ALLOW” or “ENABLE”, or give her “REASON” to, and for doing what she HAS done!

Not sure if that was CLEAR or not!

You named them all – You’re funny!

Safety devices required to get through the Inmate Anthony trial… I like that!

You might want to include a spit mask for the Inmate to wear!
She going to be “spitting” mad soon enough.

Unless we include one of those HUGE “Coors LIght” UMBRELLAS into the ‘safety kit’.

Then if necessary, we could huddle under the umbrella in protection of any of her, or her family’s raging ‘spit-balls’!

I just think that WF needs a swift kick in her brain. It looks like all of this is hitting her and she is realizing that she isn’t going to get away with this (as if 3 years in jail already hasn’t told her something). They need to shave her bald so that she doesn’t have that mane to play with in court. She is cleaning the table, playing with her hands/wrists, yadda-yadda-yadda. She wants to flirt with guy jurors too, I bet – I just hope some nut-case doesn’t get chosen to throw the jury off just because his brain is where he pees.
