Liar liar

When Casey hung up, England said, she threw her phone onto the dashboard and said, “Oh my God, I am such a good liar.”

Is that really a life goal?

After the jury was dismissed for the day, Lazzaro testified Casey Anthony told him that her brother tried to “feel her up.” Lazzaro also said Casey Anthony confided in him that her father George Anthony hit her.

The lien was filed on May 17 in Osceola County and lists her address at 522 Simpson Road, her attorney Jose Baez’s Kissimmee office.

My question is – which is responsible for these taxes? Baez has been in control of all things Casey since nearly day one so this falls onto his shoulders

I would assume Casey is responsible, as the check was probably cut to her name and personal information. Good Lord….then she appoints that shiester as executor of the money. They are ALL going down and I am loving this.

Ok, my day was a bit more hectic than I wanted it so my info may be off~

Melissa England was in the car that Casey was driving around July 4th and Baez asked her if she smelled anything? She said “no”. This was when Casey had Amy’s car. Baez was off the mark but I think he knew it and was hoping the jury wouldn’t catch on.

CORRECTION! It was Maria Kisshe who said she and Tony and his roommates were in Casey’s car-didn’t know the date though.

      Here is the video:

It starts at 6:52 in. Baez asked if she had smelled anything. She said “no”. Also, Baez said to Ms. Kisshe, “You never really liked Casey, did you?” Listen to his line of questioning after that-it’ll give ya a chuckle.

Yes, Baez even tried to get George to say the gas cans were taken by LE on the 17th but the state got up and said it was Aug 1. I ‘spect Baez wants a lot of ammo to impeach George with by getting him confused with dates and getting him to agree to different ones. George, however, held his own as best he could.

With all of the evidence against her, Casey and Jose’ had to come up with a story that somehow blamed someone else for her actions. I now feel sorry for George and Cindy. They really raised a good liar. I wonder what kind of trouble she gave them when she was younger? Oh, her dad hit her? I think she had it coming.

I agree. It’s just that I was so anti George and Cindy, and now I’m seeing them in a different light. When Cindy was looking at pictures of Caylee’s playhouse, she was sobbing, but Casey just sat there. Notice that Casey only cries when something has to do with HER.

I admit to crying as Cindy testified. It is truly a heart wrenching story – I believe in the K.I.S.S method

It all points to Casey – regardless what Jose Baez tries to spin

I wonder if the reason George contemplated suicide is because he found out what Casey’s defense story would be? Notice that they quit visiting her around that time? So, if she would (by some odd happening) be freed, where would she go? She doesn’t have friends, and her parents certainly wouldn’t take her back. I know — she could live in the trunk of her car.

Lies from Casey that I can remember:

-Zanny the Nanny at the Sawgrass apartments
-working at Universal for 2 years (even took police there to her “office”)
-Zanny was the nanny for her friend’s son
    -Zanny took Caylee from Casey
-Casey was searching for Caylee and was going to bars looking for her

What are some of the other lies?

Let’s get to the point here. Casey took off with her daughter, who was never seen again. Casey never would have reported her daughter missing if Cindy hadn’t tracked her down and insisted on answers. The answers, however, were just lies upon lies. Casey’s abandoned car had a smell of human decomposition in it, plus high levels of chloroform. Computer searches from a computer at the Anthony home (during times where there is documentation of both Cindy and George being at work) show searches for neck breaking and how to make chloroform. Casey also stole gas cans from the Anthony’s outdoor shed, and possibly even made it appear that someone at the home was in a habit of leaving the pool ladder set up (the Anthonys told co-workers that it appeared someone was using their pool while they were at work). Casey also was going to the house to get things — just hers, nothing of Caylee’s, while her parents were at work. So, jump to the car being found, garbage thrown in the trunk (to make it appear that was the smell?), and pictures of Casey partying during the time her daughter was supposedly missing. Her lies to the police cap it off, and now she’s trying to claim she is a victim of sexual abuse by her father and that Caylee drowned in the pool because Cindy forgot to put the ladder away? Experts on the stand have scientific proof of the human decomposition, a hair from a dead body (who else in their family died?), and chloroform, and the case is pretty well set. Of course, her lawyers need to try to disprove it, but as one person said on TV today, “Everytime Baez objects, it’s like he’s telling the jury, please don’t listen to this because it hurts my client”.

Forgot one specific fact — Caylee’s body was found in trash bags, not far from the family home, with a Winnie the Pooh blanket and duct tape around her mouth that had a heart shaped sticker across the mouth.

Dr. Vass was a great witness for the prosecution. He found extremely high chloroform levels in the trunk, hair showing signs of human decomposition, smell of human decomposition. He described it as being the highest chloroform levels he’s ever seen and was shocked. Said the fatty acids from a decomposing body are different than rotting chicken or hamburger meat (which is what Baez tried to say was the case). Nearly all compounds of early human decomposition were found in Casey’s car trunk. Said he jumped back at the smell of the car trunk, and fatty acids from a decomposing body were found in the carpet of the trunk.

Baez now says there was either rotten chicken or hamburger meat in the car (wasn’t it originally pizza?) , but Dr. Vass said every smell has a special make-up, and a decomposing human body has it’s own chemical make up that is totally different than rotting meat. Also, the fact that compounds from human decomposition were found in the carpeting is yet more proof that Caylee’s body was in the trunk. Baez can’t get out of this one.

The FBI scientist today wasn’t a very good witness for the prosecution, and Dr. Vass ended up causing a bit of trouble, too. Is it possible Casey will walk free?

      • Kim
        Jun 07, 2011 @ 23:34:21

If you listen to Ashton’;s re-cross of the Dr you will see that he actually confirmed Dr Vass’ testimony – it only sounds wrong if you hear Baez

        Casey won’t walk, ok?
