Walking arm and arm with Mason Jar, Bozo the Clown, a couple of plastered squirrels, two trash bags, a laundry bag, duct tape, velvetta cheese, jail mascara, and her dirty jail bra to her lawyers house.

We live in a world often overcome with wrong doing. We must put up with it everywhere we go, at work, in our cities, and in our government.

Sometimes cases come up like Casey’s (whose name I can barely type now) in which the taste of justice is so very near.

LE, the State, the Judge worked so hard to try to rectify a grievous wrong. In that our spirits are lifted, we feel we can overcome and stand up for what’s right.

But today has been dis-spiriting. I want to try to wake up all over again, that maybe this has not happened.

Any resident in Orange County needs to boycott
all businesses in Pinellas County. An Orange County
jury would have convicted the Vulcan Witch. These
Pinellas County weasels tucked their tails and ran
after this ridiculous verdict. You 12 will burn in hell
    with Casey.

    That’s funny!

That WAS the very first thing out of Sue’s mouth after the verdict –

“So what, in two months, she’ll be posing for PLAYBOY!”

Think I am still in shock over it all…

Kim, is there a way that HHJP can run an investigation into the Juror’s deliberations, and as to whether or not, they actually HEEDED his Admonishments throughout the trial –

Remember when they had COLLECTIVELY asked for a piece of evidence to be produced to them…

And 10hrs – 40 mins – and but a few seconds on a CAPITAL ONE Murder charge for deliberations seems so wrong, on so many levels….

I’m just wondering whether a MISTRIAL can be called due to PROBLEMS\ISSUES with the Jury……..

Cap, I believe most of the jury lied during jury selection.
They were from Pinellas County and could not give a
rats ass about the Orange County Community. No way
they could have gone over all the evidence in 10 hours.
They had there mind made up before the trial even started.
For some reason they felt sorry for Casey. I believe they thought
she was being treated unfairly by the media. This is where the lying
comes in. They had seen plenty of media coverage on the case
and said they had not. The alternate juror did not even have
the facts straight. You can say what you want to about NG but,
she exposed this jurors lack of attention to the case and said
exactly what I was thing ” Was this jury watching the same trial
I was?” This stupid juror said George was lying but, he said
nothing about all of Casey’s lies. OJ2

I liken this whole buffoonery like a soccer game in the 90 minute. Our team is winning 4-1 but the head ref comes out on the field and says after reviewing the game, that there’s been a mistake and changes the score 1-4. This after many fouls committed by the opposing team and substantial tough play by the true winners!

Yes, CptKd, I wish there was a way to check in on that jury. Perhaps, as Mason suggested to them, they felt they could never understand the court’s deliberation directions, so they jumped in on their own without reviewing. Just venting.

I believe the jury focused soley on the evidence that
showed reasonable doubt. They were asked by JA and
LDB to view the totally of the evidence and use common
sense to reach a verdict. They did not follow JA, LDB or
JBP’s instructions. They should be barred from future
    juries based on stupidity. JMHO

Question: How did the alternate juror know abouit how the other 12 came to their conclusion? I thought the alternates were seperated from the twelve before deliberations.

Sherry, I was just speculating they probably thought
along the same lines as the alternate. Alternate did
not have contact with the 12 unless it was after they
      were dismissed.

This alternate juror said he thought George was lying.
Not proven in court. (Except if you believe River Cruz
who commited perjury in her first Depositiosain.) He said
it was an accident. Not proven in court. He said George
should have called 911 when he found the car. He must
have forgotten Caylee’s body had not been found yet.
He said George berated Jose Baez. HUH? Last night
one of the talking heads summed it up perfectly
“They must have found the only 12 people on the face
of this earth who still think the Earth is flat.”
    Thanks for letting me vent.

This is EXACTLY what I am pointing to, Sherry!

This JURY DID NOT FOLLOW the Jury instructions and admonishments from HHJP!

Something needs to be investigated here –

A KILLER has been set free – By 17 people who DID NOT follow the law, and chose to use the easy way out, so they could get back home and get on with their summer plans and vacations…

How is that fair to little CAYLEE!

too sensational for most but, she will use the facts presented

    From TMZ:
One of the jurors in the Casey Anthony trial has decided to go public with his side of the story — but TMZ has learned, he’s not talkin’ … unless the price is right … and 5-figure offers are already pouring in.

A lawyer for the unidentified juror is sending a letter to media outlets, claiming, “Our client — a married, college-educated, 33-year-old white male with two young children — is willing to consider granting one or more media interviews so long as the opportunities are paid.”

We’re told the juror has already received multiple offers from big news operations, including at least one major network. Sources tell us … the high offers are in the “mid 5-figures.”

Paid interviews are a hazy moral territory for obvious reasons — and the lawyer, Rick French, admits, paying for sit-downs is “always a sticky subject and believe me, I understand the delicacy of this type of negotiation.”

But French insists … sticky or not, his client ain’t budging — “He will not entertain any offers that don’t include compensation for a myriad of reasons.”

    venting again…

I suppose we can all applaud the Anthonys for the cover up and delay. Precious little time to glean any DNA or other more substantial evidence with the body. I wish I could clean like Cindy. If she ever needed a job again (Gentiva would probably not hire her) she could offer a car-cleaning company.

This is NOT, however, to say that there wasn’t enough evidence to convict. Even with DNA on the tape, this jury would probably explain away why it was there. I mean, LOOK at what they deemed unsubstantial!!

Sick to their stomach…because they made the wrong call!! How would they feel if their verdict were guilty? Relieved, I dare say.

They tried to walk that fine line but by being sympathetic to her dysfunctional family, they had to basically reject the science presented.

A lying family can still murder, even if they’ve done it for years.

Didn’t know “how she died” was the key? Sorry, Dr. G, here is your 1 case that deviates from your 100%!!

I had a weird feeling about that, too. I feel like they just went: “Fuck it. We want to go home, and we can live with ourselves if we don’t bother to have a serious discussion and potentially sentence her, but we can if we just set her free and walk away.”

When people pointed out that they came in on Tues. dressed up, I was like: “You’re reading too much into this….” etc.

But then I kept thinking about it and last night I was like (to myself): “They fucking dressed up because they KNEW they would announce the verdict that very day. How could they KNOW for sure unless they weren’t even seriously going over the evidence? They couldn’t.”

      It disturbs me.

You know, the Scott Peterson jury took their job seriously. They sat in a room for like 10 days. They agonized. They debated. They reviewed evidence.

This jury, it seems clear to me, just could not be bothered.

      And that is really sad.

        Should read:

“Fuck it. We want to go home, and we CAN’T live with ourselves if we don’t bother to have a serious discussion and potentially sentence her, but we CAN if we just set her free and walk away.”
