Casey Anthony may be forced to return to Orange County, but not if her lawyer has anything to say about it.

An order filed Monday by Judge Stan Strickland would force Casey to stay in Orange County to serve a probation on her check fraud conviction from 2010.

Casey Anthony has been ordered by a judge to return to Orange County within 72 hours to serve probation for a check fraud charge that Anthony pleaded guilty to last year.

So when does this 72 hours start/end?

I’ve gone back and forth on this probation thing. I’ve wondered, what’s the big deal about probation? especially since she got away with murder? It’s like telling her to go back and clean her room before she leaves again.

I realize probation is meant to monitor this convicted forger to make sure she lives on the up and up. But she will be surrounded by care-givers for some time (Baez will protect his investment) I don’t see her as a compulsive thief, only when she has no dough. Right now, she probably has everything she wants.

At the same time, many on probation mess up, one way or another (there are many rules), and they end up again in court. This would be a way to keep Casey “in trouble” and not scot-free for a while. She wouldn’t be allowed to leave jurisdiction, for example.

Like other celebrities who slip-slide through the system, however, I can only see her skating, even if she messes up in some way. She’s got loophole-lawyers by her side.

Anyway, I don’t want Florida to have to pay for any more body-guards and other security, special cars, and flights.

she is no celebrity – a killebrity, maybe
If she owes time she does time, if she owes money she pays money

I agree on the fact that she is an opportunist more than a thief – as long as she has what she wants she has no need to steall

She will slip and slide through this Probation Deal just like she did with the Murder Charge with the Help of her on Call Attorney Baez and I am sure Mason.
Baez is like her Shadow following every Step she makes, protecting his Investment. I wonder how his own family feels about that.
I guess as long there is an Reward like lots of Money in the Future, his Wife might not mind too much, him hanging on to Casey.
Judge Strickland wanted to make sure to let Casey know that he hasn’t forgotten that she still has to serve Probation according to the Sentence he gave her. Probation of One Year was supposed to start within 72 Hrs.after her Release in the Event that she is aquitted.
Conveniently Baez and Mason took it for granted that 1 Yr. Probation was served while in Jail.
Not so, that is not how it was put in Judge Stricklands Order. No One serves Probation in Jail, she would be the first.
She already got away with time served for lying to LE, they credited her with almost 3 Yrs. time served. 412 Days should have been subtracted from that time, since 412 Days were used to credit her for the Check Fraud Charges! I guess No One seemed to catch that One.
By Right she needed to serve 412 more Days in Jail. but hey she got lucky on that one too.
She has no Reason whatsoever to complain, she got away with Murder and then some.
Yes her Attorneys will fight this Probation Deal and call Strickland everything in the Book and yell foul like they did through the whole Trial.
Maybe Baez and Mason will be checking out the Blogs again to see what their next Move should be. JMO

Hilde, I realized that she should have to pay with 412 more days in jail but then she may have served the sentences for lying on top of the sentence for check fraud-consequetively, I believe it is termed.

Casey will slide through this one-she’s like a greased pig~

Wow, that Post was a little out there, really didn’t want to read that much more.
I do want what is right in this Case and it really aggravates me how this beautiful Child Caylee has been used by so many People after her Murder.
However I do feel Carma will catch up with All those People some time.
When I read a Post like I just got through reading by the good Doctor, I do know one thing I do not want to be filled with Hate for any one, it would not be healthy.

Kim, that’s all a waste of our precious time, not even worth it. Cindy,George, River Cruz just to name a few All lied and got away with it.
As for George, he was just a Scape Goat to help getting Casey to walk free.
George and Cindy played the Game and knew all about what the Defense was going to do. It was all thought out very carefully.
I guess they can laugh now behind every ones Back, they succeeded.
Will they have the last Laugh, that remains to be seen!

Don’t get me wrong I am just as angry as the Rest of them at the Injustice of this Case. The Difference is I refuse to let it take over my personal Life, it still wouldn’t change anything concerning this Circus of a Case.
I will however follow this Case and can’t say I wouldn’t feel kind of glad when Carma catches up with that whole greedy and lying Bunch, we know who they are. JMO

Kim how can Mumbles Mason can flip off a crowd of people,
call Judge Strickland a fraud and refer to him as Mr.
Strickland without any reprecussions? Also how come
they are appealing the four check charge convictions
when Mason told the public we had to accept and respect
    the verdict? What a hypocrite!
