“The ruling now enables Casey to hear what Zenaida has to say before she [Anthony] gives her statement,” Brockington added. “Another hearing is set for next month to decide if Casey will have to answer questions she refused to answer in her initial deposition.

Lawyer Keith Mitnik could have a big career in TV if he wants one. His fiery presence certainly enlivens Casey Anthony reports. Mitnik, an attorney for Zenaida Gonzalez in her defamation suit against Anthony, turned up the heat today.

I’ve always felt sorry for the neighbors of George and Cindy Anthony.

Since July 2008, when the disappearance of Caylee Anthony was reported, the neighbors have been bombarded with traffic, onlookers, reporters, TV trucks and helicopters. A peaceful spot became the hub for protests, showdowns, rampant speculation and late-breaking news. George and Cindy didn’t help with their various TV appearances

    You go, Mitnik!

You’re forgiven Sherry. The rights of Znaida should take front and centre. tee hee. She’s not a pretty girl so it doesn’t make for a lot of camera footage or general media coverage. Her lawyer spewing words of anger about the lying little princess getting all the breaks, helps us with our own frustrations on how it all turned out. I find the sour taste just gets worse not better. I am like a dog with a bone, Somehow I want her to pay in a huge way.

Back at ya Kim. Seems this Fall has been busier this year. Not sure why but you know once the snow flies, I’m more into the internet socials. I do follow all your posts though, and boy, you sure have political heart. I think I just got too tired of fighting the issues. Being retired puts me at some ease as long as my pension keeps coming. The big vast governments that play chess at our expense isn’t going to ruin what’s left of my life. However, I admire your energy to fight on.

The opening statement defense attorney José Baez delivered during Casey Anthony’s criminal trial continues to shadow the lawyer and haunt his client.

Lawyers attending a recent Orange County Bar Association forum titled “Lessons in Ethics & Professionalism From the Casey Anthony Trial” asked pointed questions about the controversial opening.

Casey Anthony is lucky to be alive after allegedly surviving an assassination attempt at her Florida safe house.

Casey’s ‘panic-stricken’ bodyguards had to pull her out of the firing line and whisk her to an emergency hideout in the middle of the night before an assassin ‘put a bullet through her brain’, The National Enquirer reported.

Did you read the comments? Nobody’s fooled. This rag is Felon Anthony’s tool. I liked this comment:

Is that the M.O. of a hit-man nowadays – to leave a note on the safe-house door of their intended target despite it being protected by what one can presume are armed bodyguards? Did he or she also leave a name, number, and the date of his next attempt? Where were the bodyguards as this individual supposedly made his way to the front door and had the time to properly affix this note? In my opinion, this is nothing more than an attempt to return Casey’s name to the headlines, in the hopes of eventually securing that pay day that has yet to come (and hopefully never will) and to garner some sympathy for her in the process.

I read them. Stinks of baez to me. No one is talking about ‘his girl’ any more. His gig in the Bahamas or what ever was a bust.

Since we have no idea of her location or how she is surviving I think the entire thing, from beginning to end is bogus

Most likely she is holed up still at Simm’s farm in a room over the garage with maybe one of the farm hands ‘assigned’ to keep her out of trouble

there is no ‘safe house’ or a platoon of guards –

“Body of Proof,” the ABC drama starring Dana Delany, will do a ripped-from-the-headlines plot on Jan. 3, Entertainment Weekly reports. It’s the old “Law & Order” approach, and when a drama goes that route, it can tell the story however it likes and not worry about the people involved in the real case.

In more Anthony news, Central Florida News 13 reports that attorney Mark Lippman says George and Cindy Anthony, Casey’s parents, are reading Jeff Ashton’s “Imperfect Justice” about the case. News 13 reports that Casey Anthony has had not contact with her parents since her release from jail in July. Lippman also says that George and Cindy Anthony don’t begrudge Ashton for writing a book, but they will speak up if they see any incorrect information, News 13 reports.
