Sad and Bad?

In case you were wondering….

In the long saga of Casey Anthony, few reports have been as brutal, gossipy or jaw-dropping as one tonight from Central Florida News 13. Can you say wow? Of course not, if your jaw is on the floor.

Anthony’s civil attorneys ripped into Zenaida Gonzalez, arguing that someone without a reputation can’t sue for defamation.

“You can’t fix what is broken beyond repair already anyway,” Greene said.

He said the Kissimmee woman with the same name as an alleged kidnapper has a bad reputation and a shady past.

“What she’s done in the past is live off the government dole, never had a real job, never even had a bank account, bounced from place to place person to person. Sad situation to sad situation,” Greene said.

Although Judge Perry deflected those questions, and understandably so, he was a little more forthcoming with an inquiry as to whether he might be the next TV Judge. He was arguably the “star of the show” during the trial, if indeed there was one.

With an ever so slight smile, he indicated that a conversation about a TV deal was speculative at this point. He stated that he is up for re-election and plans to qualify in April 2012. “I will concentrate on the election ,” he quietly interjected. Judge Perry was re-elected Chief Judge of Florida’s Ninth Judicial Circuit in 2001 and currently serves in that position.

It would surprise me if he did but then on the other hand, we would get to see him frequently!!

      I miss seeing his expressions

It is rather irritating hearing about ZG’s lifestyle. In her app for Sawgrass she listed 2 children because apartments have limits. ZG’s one of many just trying to get by while living her love life beyond her means. That is sad, even without Green’s ridicule.

But why did Casey pull a Hispanic name out of her hat for a nanny? Sure, there’s probably many Hispanic nannies, but did she think a Hispanic person would get more attention, hate, and be better deflection than another random name? Sorta like blaming a black guy for a crime?

Yes, I think the ethnicity of the nanny in this case does make a difference. I think it makes Casey’s dumping on ZG even more heinous. More like a hate-crime.

Z never asked to be part of casey’s fantasy life and was a victim of her lies. Period.
