I wish I got that channel. Maybe Hulu or someone like that would have reruns of her to watch. But I would love to see this show! I’m glad she speaks the truth for Caylee.

Casey Anthony: How long will she ‘get the benefit of the doubt?’ attorney asks,
Judge reserves ruling on deposition issue:

Anthony’s civil defense attorney Andrew Chmelir told Judge Munyon that as long as Anthony’s convictions are on appeal, she maintains her constitutional right against self-incrimination.

“Our position is: She shouldn’t have to answer any of these questions,” Chmelir said, until her Fifth Amendment rights are no longer applicable.

In the filing, Greene also explained why Casey did not invoke the Fifth herself, but relied on her lawyer to do that.

“Given the blinding media glare this case has already received, the vision of Ms. Anthony asserting the Fifth Amendment over and again would have been broadcast across this state and country,” Greene said.

Blinding media glare and death threats that don’t exist are
the little felons only defense. What a joke.

this is just another Example how many Life’s C.A. has messed up.
Zenaida Gonzales doesn’t deserve that, it doesn’t matter what we think of her.
Now, Casey Anthony is a different Story, she is the one always will have to look over her Shoulder for the Rest of her Life. This Incident shows, there are a lot of Crazies out there.

Good for Dr. G.! At last some one is speaking up for the Victim, Caylee Marie Anthony.
It was never about the Felon Casey Anthony, I guess some of the People forgot that. What a Shame, instead they made all kinds of Excuses for the Felon Casey A.
who is the One responsible for her own Daughter’s Murder.
People will not forget what Injustice has been done in this Case. It opened the Door for other Perpetrators trying to get away with killing innocent Children, just like the Felon Casey A. did, she is a good Role Model for them, how to get away with Murder.

      Hi, Kim 🙂

Hilde, I, respectfully, disagree. IMO, Casey is not responsible for ruining Zenaida Gonzalez’s life, as she was not, at all, a match to the Zenaida FERNANDEZ-Gonzalez that was named and/or described as the alleged kidnapper, and Casey made that known to Yuri Melich, right away. ZG chose to put herself in the limelight. She did not lose her job or home as a result of anything having to do w/Casey Anthony. She should be pissed w/the media for exploiting her the way they have. IMHO she only has the media, her attorneys and her self to blame for having her name and her life blazed across the country to be scrutinized.

I have my reservations about Dr. G. I feel that her work was done under the influence of pressure from the media to come back w/pleasing results. She listed Caylee’s cause of death as “UNDETERMINED”. I understand her determining the cause of death to be a homicide, due to the presence of duct tape in the areas where her remains were found, but it confused the masses into believing that duct tape was the murder weapon. That’s just absurd. Death by duct tape is virtually unheard of. Duct tape is, most commonly, used as a PROP by KIDNAPPERS, in order to bind and silence their victims. If Casey or, whoever else, had anything to do w/Caylee’s demise, I’d bet on the tape having been applied AFTER death in the course of staging a kidnapping.

I’d like to go a little further into the fact that Caylee’s trunk is purported to have been dragged, as a whole, by animals, away from the original location. But tell me how it is possible for her trunk to have been carried away w/out the shorts still ON her? It seems highly unlikely that the animals took the time to carefully remove the shorts before they took that half of the body away. What I gather from that, alone, is that those shorts were not ON her body at the time it was dumped. This is just one of MANY details that don’t add up. Dr. G failed to point out such important details. It seems the focus became about convicting her mother and not about what actually happened to this little girl.

Sorry for the long post!! 😉

cat, it’s ok to disagree with what I believe, that doesn’t make You right or me wrong.
However I am firm in my Belief that Casey Anthony is the only one responsible for Caylee’s Death.
I came to that Conclusion by following this Case from Day One and carefully paying Attention to All the Evidence and applying common Sense.
I also believe Casey Anthony got lucky that Caylee’s Remains weren’t found till 6 month later, by than there were only Bones left and the Cause of Death could not be determined.
Dr. G. came to the Conclusion that it was a Homicide by undetermined means because the Body was triple bagged in Garbage bags and Duct tape was found over Caylee’s Mouth and nose which was established during the Trial that it was put there most likely before Caylee’s Death not after. Caylee’s Body was then dumped like Trash in the Woods right around the Corner from the Anthony’s Home.
As for Zenaida Conzales Deformation Suit, I have no Idea how this Case will end up. I do know Casey Anthony did effect that Womans Life in a negative way by using Zeanida’s Name as being the non existing nanny she told the Investigators about who according to C.A. kidnapped Caylee, therefore Casey A. is responsible for what this Zenaida Gonzales had to go through while the Investigation was going on.
Naturally she couldn’t say it was this Zenaida since the Babysitter didn’t exist by that Name period, that however didn’t change the Fact that Casey’s Lies effected this Zenaida Gonzales by using her Name and therefore C.A. should be held responsible for her Actions, if she will or not will remain to be seen.

      Hi, Kim.

Hi, Hilde. Thanks for your reply.

I guess we will have to agree to disagree.

It’s interesting to see how, two people, following the case closely from the start, could have such differing perspectives as to what really happened here. I do not think I know everything, even after reading hundreds to thousands of case documents, some of them, more than 3 times over. There are now, MORE questions than answers. The investigation was a joke. There were never any other suspects. Evidence was manipulated or completely fabricated. Why that seemed necessary to LE/State, makes one have to wonder. I won’t get into all of that here. It’d take days 🙂 Bottom line, the state’s case was garbage. That is part of why Casey was found not-guilty.

I’d like to know how Dr G, or anyone, can be sure when that tape was applied. What would the difference really be if it was applied before death or soon after? Casey would not have to duct tape of kidnap her own child. If she wanted to chloroform her Caylee, it would not require tape and bondage. Caylee trusted her, and chloroform only takes a short time to take hold. If the intention was to kill her, then duct tape would not be needed, since she’d be dead. If the intention was only to silence and immobilize her for a time, it would make more sense. Not that the latter is at all excusable, but if that’s how it went it would not qualify as 1st degree/intentional homicide. The other option is that Caylee died or was killed and Casey or someone else put the tape there to make it look like a kidnapping. It could also have actually been a straight-up kidnapping. Casey would not have to use force to kidnap her own daughter. So that leaves the question of who did? But w/ all of that being said, it was never even clear as to whether the duct tape was ever actually ON Caylee’s person. It was found at the crime scene, yes, but there is no proof that it ever covered her face or any other part of her body.

Please ponder the question as to why her shorts were not ON her body when she was dumped, as well. Where were the little girl’s shoes? Who changed her clothes? Why did George lie and say they had left that afternoon when Casey was shown to have been at or close to home until after 4pm?

As to the ZG case. Casey did not name Zenaida Gonzalez as her nanny. She named a “Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez” w/a completely different description from the ZG we know. ZG was cleared very early on and was never a suspect. There were, at least 50 Zenaida Gonzalez’s in Florida at the time the case broke and this ZG was not the only one questioned. Yet, we don’t see or hear about any other. ZG placed herself in the limelight.

      Zenaida Gonzalez:

37 years old, born in October, lived in hotel, has 6 kids, many tattoos, never lived in Sawgrass Apts, Gloria was not her mother and Victor was not her step-father.

      KCA’s Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez:

25/26 yrs old, born in September, single, NO KIDS, NO TATTOOS visible in a two-piece bikini, Sawgrass resident.

These are two very different descriptions of two very different people.

Hilde, I think it also has shown the true dedication of all investigators involved. I was and always will be impressed with the dedication to treating Caylee with respect and commitment by each and every one of them to see this through to the end
