Can anyone explain…

From “A pending legislative package to extend the payroll tax credit and unemployment insurance will create more jobs than the approval of the Keystone pipeline, Obama said yesterday. ‘Here’s what I know,’ he said. ‘However many jobs might be generated by the pipeline, they’re going to be a lot fewer than the jobs created by extending the payroll tax cut and extending unemployment insurance.'”

OBAMA: I know that, eh — the — the suggestion right now is that somehow, “Well, this Keystone issue, uh, will create jobs.” That’s being determined by the State Department right now, and there is a process. But here’s what I know. However many jobs might be generated by a Keystone pipeline, they’re gonna be a lot fewer than the jobs that are created by extending the payroll tax cut and extending unemployment insurance.

TransCanada believes Keystone XL will ultimately be approved, as it is too important to the U.S. economy and its national interest. As well, Keystone XL remains the best option for producers to supply crude oil to U.S. Gulf Coast Refineries.
The U.S. consumes 15 million barrels of oil each day and imports 10 to 11 million barrels per day. Industry forecasts predict oil consumption will continue at these levels for the next two to three decades, so a secure supply of crude oil is critical to U.S. energy security.
Keystone XL is shovel-ready. TransCanada is poised to put 13,000 Americans to work to construct the pipeline – pipefitters, welders, mechanics, electricians, heavy equipment operators, among other jobs – in addition to 7,000 manufacturing jobs that would be created across the U.S. Additionally, local businesses along the pipeline route will benefit from the 118,000 spin-off jobs Keystone XL will create through increased business for local goods and service providers.
TransCanada looks forward to concluding the U.S. regulatory review process and beginning the important work of building Keystone XL. The safe and reliable operation of our pipelines and infrastructure has been TransCanada’s priority for 60 years. This same commitment will drive us forward in the years ahead.

House of Representatives will include approval of a Canada-to-Texas oil pipeline in a payroll tax cut bill, House Speaker John Boehner said on Thursday, raising the political stakes on the issue.

The move by House Republicans marked a challenge to President Barack Obama, who has warned he would veto any bill that linked quick approval of TransCanada Corp’s Keystone XL pipeline to extending a tax cut for American workers that is due to expire on December 31.

“The Keystone pipeline would put tens of thousands of Americans to work immediately,” Boehner told reporters after meeting with House Republicans on Thursday.

    heh heh heh…
I heard that where the pipeline is in Canada there is an abundance of wildlife for two reasons: its nice and warm and because its nice and warm there’s more babies.

Now, Obama’s reasoning for not acting in this is explained this way: whoever gives him the greater funds for his campaign, the environmentalists or the oil companies, wins! Hattip to Rushbo~

A couple of days ago was the first to point out that the circumstances surrounding the “crash” of the top secret RQ170 Sentinel drone simply didn’t add up. And we were tight! The story continues to develop and it doesn’t look good!

To recap, first we were told that Iran might’ve shot it down and then the story changed to “the drone crashed on Iranian soil ”

After realizing that the Iranians were about to parade a perfectly functional drone with nary a scratch on it, the official story changed to “the drone landed because it wants to live” I kid you not that is the official story!

The White House rejected on Friday the latest proposal from Republicans in Congress on a payroll tax cut, saying its costs needed to be offset in a balanced away and not with budget cuts exempting the rich.

This is from the “you gotta be kidding me” file. President Obama, who decided that the official White House Hanukkah celebration would come two weeks earlier than the actual start of the Jewish holiday, held the ceremony on December 8th…the 24th anniversary of the beginning of what’s now called the First Intifada – a tidal wave of violence by Palestinians against the State of Israel. The Intifada would end up costing thousands of lives, both Israeli and Palestinian (a great many Palestinian victims were killed by their own people as “collaborators”). The Intifada would bring waves of suicide bombings by Palestinian terrorists, and, these days, it is remembered with pride by those who seek the destruction of Israel and the murder of Jews.

The Globe magazine just released a bombshell and is reporting that Michelle Obama is having a “steamy secret affair” with a Secret Service Agent. According to The Globe, rumors started to circulate that Obama may be having an affair after her recent admission to NBC’s Al Roker that she frequently “sneaks out” of the White House; and the ever increasing time she is spending away from the White House may be a cover to hide “a sizzling affair she’s carrying on with a Secret Service agent.”

New government rules create uncertainty that makes it hard for businesses to plan, invest and staff up. Nor did the government survey small firms, which struggle more with the costs of complying with regulations.

Terrorists from several Middle Eastern groups have infiltrated Latin American countries — especially Mexico — in order to plot and carry out attacks against the United States, according to an alarming exposé broadcast this week by the world’s largest Spanish news network.

I read about this earlier and it sent chills up my spine to think of Fast and Furious being the operation that may have supplied some of the weapons. Plus, yesterday I read that gangs were infiltrating weapons storage units at military bases and that terrorists love the military to join and get their training. I keep believing that our nation’s patriots will rise up to fight even on our own soil, in the face of government opposition if need be, untill the terrorists are coralled to the ME.
