Oh, BTW, whatsherface is back in the news

A judge ruled Thursday that Casey Anthony doesn’t have to answer questions in a civil defamation suit brought by Zenaida Gonzalez because her criminal appeal is still pending.

Attorneys for Anthony argued she should be able to assert her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination, since she’s appealing her convictions for lying to law enforcement.

Circuit Judge Lisa Munyon agreed in a two-page order, writing that courts “have long recognized that the fifth amendment privilege may be properly asserted” during a pending appeal.

She still has legal issues pending regarding the lying to LE so she can continue to plead the 5th

“We’ll never know what happened until the perpetrator states what happened,” Dr. Jan Garavaglia told NBC’s “Today” this morning.

In an HLN interview tonight, Jeff Ashton ticked off three things that the jury in the Casey Anthony case didn’t know:

    1. Anthony’s actual story about the death of her daughter, Caylee, matched the prosecution’s view that the child didn’t die by accident.

    2. Psychological tests indicated that Anthony was normal and not the victim of alleged molestation.

    3. The true rocky relationship between Anthony and her mother, Cindy. But Cindy Anthony was so in denial that she couldn’t be honest about her daughter, Ashton added. In July, Casey Anthony was acquitted of murder in Caylee’s death, and HLN has returned to the headline-making trial in year-end recaps.

She can’t hide behind the 5th forever. She will have her day

as for being tormented by memories of her beautiful child – it is never going to happen, Hilde – Caylee was done to her the moment she decided to kill her

Morgan added that he intends to file a motion for summary judgment in the case next week, “based on statements Casey [Anthony] made in jail to her mother about our client.” I believe Morgan’s motion means there is no need for a trial
because there is already enough evidence on record the felon defamed ZFG.
I am sure the felon loving judge will reject it.

So, the little felon was convicted in July of lying to LE and
has appealed these convictions. How long does it take for
her appeal to be heard and denied? A one day court hearing
should be all it takes to hear and deny the appeal and then
she has to talk or be held in contempt. But, I guess you can
appeal the appeal and drag it out some more. The way I understand
it is if any of these cases go to trial, and she leaves the country
and does not show for the trials, the little felon will lose the
case and a default judgement will be declared. Good luck
    collecting from this worthless POS.

Morgan wants her in court – he has been denied the chance to question her, just like all the other lawyers and he may end up being the one

I’m glad Morgan has other cases to keep food on his table.
Appeals cost money, and it seems Casey’s wallet is bottomless. What could possibly be in it for her lawyers to keep up any counsel with her?

May Morgan live long enough to challenge Casey.

If the felon tries to leave the country when her probation
is over, how come the IRS can’t arrest her for tax evasion?
How come Orange Co. can’t arrest her for the 4 thousand
dollars in fines she will owe after she loses appeal? How come
OC can’t arrest her for now paying over 100k in court costs?
Geez, if you or me did this and made no payments or any attempt
to set up a payment plan we would be jailed. In Georgia, if
you are fined 4,000 dollars by a court and can not pay,
you get jail time instead of fine.

I wonder if he can get some justice for little Caylee if he wins election?
Like putting the little felon in jail where she belongs!
