Life – we all started out this way

The term infant is derived from the Latin word infans, meaning “unable to speak” or “speechless.” It is typically applied to children between the ages of 1 month and 12 months

In a historic decision, the U.S. Supreme Court rules in Roe v. Wade that women, as part of their constitutional right to privacy, can terminate a pregnancy during its first two trimesters. Only during the last trimester, when the fetus can survive outside the womb, would states be permitted to regulate abortion of a healthy pregnancy.

The controversial ruling, essentially reversing a century of anti-abortion legislation in the United States, was the result of a call by many American women for control over their own reproductive processes. Although defended by the Supreme Court on several occasions, the legalization of abortion became a divisive and intensely emotional public issue. The debate intensified during the 1980s, and both pro-choice and pro-life organizations strengthened their membership and political influence.

Their business is death . . . and business is good.

A watchdog group that monitors the Planned Parenthood abortion business has released a new report showing the CEOs of the affiliates earn an average salary of $158,797 per year — making working in the abortion industry a lucrative job.

“American Life League’s STOPP International project conducted research on the Chief Executive Officers of all the Planned Parenthood affiliates throughout the United States,” the organization said in a new report. “The purpose of this research was to determine the salaries paid to the CEOs, their gender and their management backgrounds.”

      1. PP North Texas, Dallas, TX (salary of previous CEO) $324,381
      2. PP Mar Monte, San Jose, CA (Linda Williams) $315,950
      3. PP Illinois, Chicago, IL (salary of previous CEO) $302,014
      4. PP Hudson Peconic, Hawthorne, NY (Reina Schiffrin) $296,908
      5. PP Northern New England, Williston,VT (Steve Trombley) $292,297
      6. PP Orange & San Bernadino, Orange, CA (Joe Dunn) $278,871
      7. PP Treasure Coast, West Palm Beach, FL (Lillian Tamayo) $275,238
      8. PP MN, SD & ND, St. Paul, MN (Sarah Stoesz) $268,710
      9. PP Heartland, Des Moines, IA (Jill June) $265,389
      10. PP Southern New England, New Haven, CT (Judy Tabar) $264,766
      11. PP Great Northwest, Seattle, WA (Chris Charbonneau) $259,405
      12. PP League of MA, Boston, MA (Dianne Luby) $256,474

While Planned Parenthood touts itself as an organization dedicated to women’s reproductive health, more than one-third of the executives surveyed in the new report (36%) are men and only 12 percent of them have any health background while 11 percent have some sort of political background.

Last night I watched a PP YT video showing young ladies the procedures they would go through to get an abortion. It was such a sanitary film showing a sanitary clinic with sanitary utensils and sanitary speak-the word “abortion” was not used in the film. Interesting. Especially when I have a newspaper clipping on my desk that reads: Higher standard of care needed at many abortion clinics. The one near me was shut down for quite a few health code violations. Then I think of that Abortion Clinic that was located in Boston where all of those fetuses were found in the freezer and feet found in jars like souveneirs of murders performed.

I’m saying that back alley abortions were more sanitary-they had to be with murder charges looming over the abortionists’ heads if they botched it up. Interesting that an abortion doctor does not need to be seen by referral from another doctor nor is there an examination of the patient prior to having an abortiopn (which leaves open the possibility of performing fake abortions for the money).

This has nothing at all, in any way, to do with ‘choice’

    • Kim
      Jan 09, 2012 @ 18:07:41

This is a racket – a massively huge money maker that simply uses the femal reproductive issue as a ploy for the brain dead liberal element who run around screaming for their ‘reproductive rights’

The should be ashamed for being so gullible

      so stupid

      so cold and selfish

For many women wanting children later on the choice to do so has been stolen from them by an abortionist because of the choice to terminate their pregnancy.

        Jan 09, 2012 @ 18:12:55

For them to cry for their rights of reproduction why do they not do the research required to make an educated decision on how they will actually ‘choose’ to prevent pregnancy?

Oh, I forgot – it is far easier to make it someone else problem and become a victim at the same time

Oh my God. Heartbreaking. The baby tries desperately to get away, but there’s no-where to go.

Four thousand such abortions performed a day, every day, in the United States. I never knew. Dear God, what the hell is going on?

In a national study of women, 64% of those who aborted felt pressured to do so by others. This pressure can become violent. 65% suffered symptoms of trauma. In the year following an abortion, suicide rates are 6-7 times higher

Intense pressure to abort can come from husbands, parents, doctors, partners, counselors, or close friends and family. They may threaten or blackmail a woman into abortion.

Unwanted Non-Choice … Their Choice, Not Hers.
Reasons women give for having abortions:

    • Forced by mother
    • Father opposed
    • Husband or boyfriend persuaded me
    • No other option given
    • Would have been kicked out
    • Loss of family’s support
    • Lack of support from society
    • Clinic persuaded

Many women are also pressured by clinic staff financially rewarded for selling abortions.

The Aftermath. Women Coerced into Unwanted Abortions Pay a High Price.

      • 31% had health complications afterwards.
      • 65% suffer multiple symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder.
      • 65% higher risk of clinical depression.
      • 10% have immediate complications, some are life-threatening.
      • 3.5x higher risk of death from all causes.

It speaks to the circumstance of real life. I have been considering a post on a different aspect of this issue. It is very personal and so it will take some time for me to write it. Probably a weekend post – it will encompass a lot of things, past and present.

    😀 😀 😀

A federal appeals court has upheld a pro-life law in Texas allowing women a chance to see an ultrasound of their unborn child prior to an abortion.

During the recent 82nd Texas Legislative Session, the Sonogram Bill (House Bill 15) was passed and signed into law by Governor Rick Perry. This historic law protects a pregnant woman’s right to view her unborn child and hear the heartbeat of that child before making a decision about an abortion. On August 30, federal district court Judge Sam Sparks enjoined crucial parts of this law – further jeopardizing the health of women undergoing abortions—just two days before the law was to go into effect.

The guy runs an abortion chain store, basically, across five different states, and chooses to perform late term abortions this way because New Jersey doesn’t look favorably, legally-speaking, on this type of “outpatient surgery.”

The animal doctor posted $500,000 bond and was released.

Her organization recognizes that the biggest weapon in the abortion debate is the ultrasound machine,” Perkins said. “For thousands of women, this window into the womb is the only persuasion they need to reconsider abortion. And, as Richards’s group has proved, pro-abortion activists will do everything in their power to stop mothers from recognizing the personhood of their unborn babies.”

The left-wing city of San Francisco is at it again — this time sponsoring pro-abortion banners on city light poles that violate local ordinances, according to a pro-life legal group blowing the whistle on them.

The Life Legal Defense Foundation has challenged the City of San Francisco with a blatant violation of its own city code.

Planned Parenthood Made Me Rich, and All I Got Was a Nagging Conscience

Moreover, the truly ambitious CEO job-seekers could pursue employment in the top twelve Planned Parenthood affiliates, where the pay exceeds $200,000 annually. Again, your conscience will have to be sufficiently seared to the point that stopping heartbeats for a living doesn’t upset you, but if you can get past that one small issue, there’s a lot of money to be made.
