Took a break

I had to step back for a bit – unfortunately I did not get to go to where the picture was taken but none the less it calms me.

So many things going on I just had to take a break – I am working on getting back

Glad to see ya! We all must slow down now and then! In another month I’ll probably be too busy with outdoor stuff that I’ll be scarce. BTW, I have a Japanese Garden just a short distance from me and I have yet to visit it!

      Here is an apropo cartoon:

I’m listening to a BlogTalkRadio show where they wonder what would have happened if Zimmerman were a Muslim? Too bad he isn’t-this story could use more liberal racist bias.

I don’t think that pathetic and tragic story could handle any more bias

what a total cluster it turned into

There is a Japanese garden near me as well – I have also never been

A new Rasmussen reports poll shows 61 percent of Americans, a new high, believe the Supreme Court will overturn the Obamacare law that has strong opposition from pro-life groups because of rationing and abortion funding concerns.

“Following a week of highly-publicized hearings before the U.S. Supreme Court on the constitutionality of President Obama’s health care law, most voters continue to favor repeal of the law, and more than ever think it’s likely to be repealed,” Rasmussen pollster Scott Rasmussen said.

The Heartland Institute is well known for its skepticism on climate change, pushing to challenge accepted norms about global warming and their man-made causes.

General Motors on the other hand, is trying really hard to sell their Chevrolet Volt so any support for an association that spreads climate misinformation isn’t good for the American automaker. A recent leak exposed that GM was sending funding towards the Heartland Institute and climate advocacy group, Forecast the Facts, began a petition to ask GM to stop their support.

President Barack Obama said that as long as he is president, he will never stop fighting for Planned Parenthood, a business that got $487.4 million in tax dollars, according to its latest annual report, and did 329,455 abortions in 2010.
