Nix the flags and the podium. Cue the opulent 18-foot tower of gold-bottled French champagne.
When President Obama addresses an elite roster of hipsters and multimillionaires, including hosts Beyoncé and Jay-Z, in New York tonight, he will do so next to a custom-designed tower of $800-per-bottle champagne that dominates the main room at Jay-Z’s 40/40 nightclub.
The 350-bottle champagne tower — designed by Jeffrey Beers — is a monument to Jay-Z’s favorite bubbly, Armand de Brignac, which is known colloquially by rappers, clubgoers and connoisseurs as Ace of Spades because of its gold-spade label.
“It’s floor-to-ceiling gold bottles in the entire space. It’s beautiful — breathtaking,” a rep for the Flatiron District hot spot told The Post. “It’s the first thing you see when you walk in.”
But the White House, which meticulously controls Obama’s image, is not expected to release any photos of the president’s appearance at the lavish club.
Details of the party are “under lock and key,” according to the rep, and the White House was guarding the guest list as if it were the latest intelligence profile of Iran’s nuclear program.

An audio recording of President Barack Obama surfaced on social media Tuesday in which the president can be clearly heard telling a Loyola University audience in 1998 that he believes in the “redistribution” of wealth in America, something that his critics have long charged.
“I think the trick is figuring out how do we structure government systems that pool resources and hence facilitate some redistribution because I actually believe in redistribution — at least at a certain level to make sure that everybody’s got a shot,” Obama can be heard saying.
The audio file, which was posted on YouTube, purports to be from an Oct. 19, 1998 conference at Loyola University, where Obama, then an Illinois state senator, termed the substance of his speech policy research “for the working poor broadly defined.”

The Blind Sheikh is currently serving a life sentence in American prison for his role in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, but the newly-elected Islamist government in Egypt has been actively petitioning his release. Many have pinpointed a cause of last week‘s unrest in in the country to be protests over the Blind Sheikh’s release — not an anti-Muslim YouTube video.
Citing the handling of the current crisis in the Middle East, and the administration’s explanation that an anti-Islamic video is to blame, Beck warned that the administration may be trying to initiate a “Bubba effect.”

He is exactly right. Romney can use this to his advantage, if he plays it correctly. The fact is that more and more people in this country have come to believe that they are somehow owed something. Make an ad about the life of Julia, make sure that people see that this is what Obama believes, that the government will pay your way, you don’t have to take responsibility for your own life, the government will do it for you.

President Obama addressed the debt and deficit, saying it is not a problem in the “short term,” during an appearance on CBS’s “Late Show” with host David Letterman. Obama also said he did not know what the national debt was when he took office.
When a concerned Letterman asked him about the debt, Obama laid the responsibility for the U.S. national debt and deficit on his predecessor former President George W. Bush.

The first one came to me from the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) that was recorded three days after the attacks on our Embassy/Consulate in Benghazi and Cairo which resulted in the death of Ambassador Chris Stevens and Navy SEALS Gary Doherty and Tyrone Woods, along with another Consultate employee. In the video, which aired on Libya’s Al-Hurra TV September 14, 2012, it is clear there is NO peaceful intention of assimilation within Islam:

theirs is NOT a peaceful demonstration of individuals rights and liberties. As their population grows within a country/region, they become more emboldened and begin to DEMAND special treatment and benefit according to Islam and Shari’ah Law as well as a complete usurpation of the countries founding Constitution, laws and legislation.
Most recently, in the aftermath of the Benghazi attacks, Muslim clerics have issued Fatwas against any and all individuals responsible for the production and distribution of the 14-minute video, Innocence Of Muslims (which can be seen HERE) which is being blamed for the more than two dozen attacks against American interests in Europe, Australia and the Middle East (detailed map can be found HERE). In and of itself, this is a clear and undeniable indictment of Islam’s refusal to assimilate into a society that is governed by a Constitution that protects Free Speech and Religious Belief. To be critical of Islam, their false-god prophet Mohammad or their un-Holy Book, the Quar’an, invites a draconian declaration of violence and death.
